RUINED NORFOLK CHURCH
There are many such ruins in Norfolk, but this one acquired a sinister reputation on Halloween, 2000. The ritually slaughtered remains of a cat and two cockerels were found amidst the burned-out ashes of a fire. It was put down to teenagers “playing at Devil worship”, yet when I visited I was struck by the overwhelming sense of evil.
